Welcome to the idea of exploring therapy. My name is Mel Strunk and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Whether you are struggling with an eating disorder, negative body image, depression, anxiety or low self-esteem, I will work with you to assist in managing the stress that is impacting your daily activities. I have found that incorporating coping skills and challenging negative thoughts can help your life become more manageable.

I am a therapist that believes full recovery from an eating disorder is possible. I work with each client to try and combat the black and white thinking behaviors that often accompany individuals struggling with anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating. I prefer to work with my clients to establish goals that feel comfortable, and also create change in ways that feel practical.
