Welcome. Beginning therapy can feel unfamiliar, and also hopeful. My name is Mel Strunk and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware to individuals 16 and older. Whether you are struggling with an eating disorder, negative body image, depression, anxiety or low self-esteem, we will work together to reduce the stress that is interfering with your daily life. I incorporate practical coping skills and help you gently challenge unhelpful thought patterns so life can feel more manageable.

I believe full recovery from an eating disorder is possible. I support clients experiencing anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and ARFID by addressing the rigid, black and white thinking that often keeps these patterns stuck. Together we establish goals that feel safe and realistic while still moving towards meaningful change in everyday life.

Mel Strunk Therapy is listed with the National Eating Disorders Association and I collaborate with local Delaware providers. Serving clients in Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach, Milton, Bethany Beach, Ocean View, and throughout Sussex County Delaware. My Rehoboth Beach office offers in person sessions, and I also provide virtual therapy throughout Delaware.
