The standard rate is $150 per session

 

Although I do not contract directly with insurance companies as an in network provider, your insurance company may offer out-of-network reimbursement for my services. This typically ranges from 50-70%. Please check with your insurance company if you are interested in reimbursement, as it varies by carrier. I will complete all of the necessary paperwork weekly for you to provide to your insurance company in the event that you will submit for reimbursement.

Payment is due at the time of service in the form of cash, checks, or credit cards.
